As the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee year why not celebrate with her ... This 3 hour tour will follow in the footsteps of her majesty from the day she was born in 1923 to the present day.
As the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee year why not celebrate with her ... This 3 hour tour will follow in the footsteps of her majesty from the day she was born in 1923 to the present day.
Celebrating the 60-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II, Diamond Jubilee celebrations will take place over a 'four-day' Queens Jubilee weekend between Saturday 2 June and Tuesday 5 June 2012. This tour is designed for you to celebrate the Jubilee at anytime this year. The Queen came to the throne on the 6 February 1952 and her coronation took place on 2 June 1953. The Queen has celebrated a 'Silver' Queens Jubilee in 1977 and a 'Golden' Queens Jubilee in 2002.
During this tour your Registered guide will drive you around London showing you and your family and friends the Palaces she lives in, where she was born, the shops and stores that have her Royal Warrants. A Diamond Jubilee has only ever been celebrated by a British monarch once before, when Queen Victoria celebrated her Queens Diamond Jubilee in 1897. This tour will cover every aspect of Her Majesty's 60 year reign, the highs the lows, the laughter and the tears. Why does the Queen have two birthdays?... What is her correct title?... How do you address the Queen. All these questions and more will be answered as we unveil Royal London to you. There is so much to see and do on this tour, but why read about it when you can book it, then you can see and hear first hand about a remarkable Monarch and her 60 years of sovereignty. £265.00 per taxi, not per person.
